Certified Birth Doula - Metro Atlanta

It is my pleasure to serve all birthing families of all birthing preferences, providing compassionate, informational support to help them prepare for an empowered birth and postpartum journey. An advocate for patient-centered care, my aim is to provide physical and emotional support and create a safe, supportive birth team that aligns with my clients’ priorities and needs.

When not supporting families, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three children, and one spoiled dog. I enjoy singing, cosplay (Dragon Con is a yearly tradition), Disney, board games, quilting, hiking, ropes courses, scuba diving, deep philosophical discussions, and cultural exploration. I speak French fluently.

Trained Birth Doula (certification pending) - Metro Atlanta

I have been in awe of the birthing journey since age 12, when I witnessed my little sister’s birth. Being a part of that environment and watching the team care for my mom motivated me to pursue a career in healthcare.

I am privileged to utilize my knowledge and previous experience to inform and support birthing families. I respect all birthing preferences–my role is to nurture my clients’ confidence in their decisions, support them emotionally, comfort them physically, and create the safest and most encouraging environment possible as they welcome their baby/babies into this world.

When I’m not supporting birthing families, I’m spending quality time with my husband, parents, sister, and our dog, Freddy. I enjoy cooking, baking, hiking, dancing, playing board games, and practicing yoga. Currently I’m pursuing a yoga teaching certification, which I look forward to incorporating in my doula services in the future.
