Birth Doula - Metro Atlanta

Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a birth doula dedicated to informed, empowered, and deeply personal birth experiences. Before stepping into birth work, I spent seven years as a special education teacher, which taught me invaluable lessons in patience, flexibility, preparation, and advocacy. These qualities now shape every aspect of my doula practice. My role is to ensure you have access to evidence-based information (not just standard policies) so you can make decisions that truly reflect your values and needs. Advocacy is at the heart of what I do. We are in a time of powerful change in how we approach pregnancy and birth, and I’m honored to walk beside you as you reclaim your power and step into this chapter with strength, clarity, and support.

In addition to being a doula, I work as a special education instructional coach. I'm very close with my family, and I love spending time in nature, running/working out, writing poetry, reading, and learning about all the things. My mission each day is to stay present in the moment, connect deeply with others, and work toward a better future for us all.
