Postpartum Doula (In-Training, DONA) - Metro Atlanta

I come to birthwork after nearly two decades as a public health professional working across local, federal, and international settings. My background in global and environmental health has shaped a deep understanding of systems, equity, and the many ways people access care. Now, as a postpartum doula in training, I offer individualized, heart-centered support to clients during postpartum and beyond.

I’m a natural nurturer with a calm presence and a problem-solving mindset rooted in empathy. My approach blends evidence-based care with intuition, cultural humility, and a strong belief in every person’s right to make informed choices about their body and their birth.I am deeply motivated by the opportunity to walk alongside others during moments of vulnerability, strength, and transformation.

I’m also a wife, a mama of two, a returned Peace Corps Volunteer, a graduate of the CDC’s Public Health Prevention Service Fellowship, and hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. My journey into doula care is a continuation of my lifelong commitment to wellness, community, and showing up with compassion in moments that matter most.

Outside of birthwork, I dream of one day opening a cozy mountain coffee shop—complete with hammocks, steeped in intention, and filled with magic makers.
